S’mors braai pie
5 ingredient S’mores braai pie

2 x 250g all butter puff pastry
6 toasted coconut marshmallow, roughly chopped
3 giant marshmallows cut into smaller pieces
6T Woolies toffee Dessert sauce, to drizzle
2 cups chocolate coconut creme dessert
Add the pastry to a greased baking tray followed by the chopped marshmallows before drizzling over the marshmallows.
Top with the second sheet of pastry before placing in the oven to bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until the pastry has turned golden brown and is cooked through. The marshmallows would of melted by now.
You could also place the uncooked pie in a braai grid and cook over medium heat coals, turning until both sides are cooked and golden.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting into portions and topping with the coconut dessert creme
