
Smokey Appletiser Cooler

Serves 4
Preparation 5 minutes
1 Cinnamon stick
4 Large ice balls
1 Apple cut into thin slices
1 Rosemary sprig, broken into 4
Appletiser
Light the cinnamon and allow to burn for 30 seconds before blowing out the flame and placing into a glass help upside down letting it fill with the smoke. Place the glass upside on a board and leave it for 30 seconds, allowing the smoke to settle.
Turn over and add the ice ball immediately along with the apple and rosemary into each glass. Top with the Appletiser and serve immediately.
