Slow roasted Lamb with tzatziki

Serves 4-5
1 Leg of Lamb
1 Cup Greek Vinaigrette
10 Cloves
3 Cloves of Garlic (Sliced)
2 Sprigs Rosemary
Black Pepper
Salt  (for the end)

  1. Pre- Heat oven to 150C.
  2. Place Lamb in a roasting dish, pour over vinaigrette, cloves, garlic, rosemary and black pepper.
  3. Cover and Bake at 150C for 5 hours, basting every 1.5hrs.
  4. Season and serve with tzatziki.
