Self saucing chocolate pudding
Self saucing chocolate pudding with salted caramel
255g Woolworths chocolate self-saucing pudding mix
1 large free range egg
20g butter, melted
165g Woolies fudge, roughly chopped
1 cup cream
2t miso paste
Woolies vanilla ice cream to serve
Prepare the pudding by mixing the pudding mix with the egg, butter and milk, pour into a baking dish. Mix the sauce mix with 150ml of water and pour over the pudding being careful not to let the water and pudding mix.
Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes. While the pudding is baking prepare the salted caramel by adding the fudge and cream together and simmering until the fudge has melted into the cream. Add the miso and stir through.
Once the pudding comes out the oven serve it with the ice cream and chocolate drizzled over
