
Mini Fish Finger Calzones
250g Ready made bread dough
x4 Sea Harvest Fish fingers
Place the Fish fingers into the pre heated air fryer and allow to bake until cooked and crispy. Set aside to cool.
For the tomato sauce
X1 tin chopped tomato
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp chutney
1 T dried oregano
salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan and allow to cook for about 5-10 minutes until slightly thick.
Grated mozarella cheese
Chopped parsley
To assemble
Preheat the oven to 180°c.
Roll out 15cm discs from the ready made dough on a floured surface. Spread the homemade tomato sauce over the rolled out disc. To one side of the disc, add x2 baked Sea Harvest fish fingers and sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese and the chopped parsley over the fish fingers. Fold the other side of the disc over the fish finger filling and press down the edges to seal.
Place onto a greased baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden and baked through.
Allow to cool and serve with a dipping sauce of choice.
Notes:
- You could use puff pastry instead of ready made bread dough for more texture
