Royco Pine and Pork Neck skewers

 
Ingredients:
Royco Sticky Sweet Marinade
Pineapple
Pork neck
Sesame seeds
Spring onions

 
Method:

Slice pineapple into cubes
Cut pork neck  into 3cm cubes, add to a bowl and marinade with Royco Sticky Sweet Marinade.
Begin assembling the skewer marinaded pork and add pineapple. Continue alternating and make sure to end with a piece of pork, pineapple from falling off the ends of the skewer.
Place skewers on a medium – high heat, keep turning and basting the skewer with Royco Sticky Sweet marinade until nicely charred and sticky but cooked through, garnish w toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced spring onion.
