Rhodes Quality Bean Brownies

1 1/2 cups Rhodes Quality speckled sugar beans
2T good quality cocoa powder
1/2 cup oats
A pinch of salt
1t cinnamon
1/2 cup raw honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
2t vanilla paste
1/2t baking powder
2/3 cups dark chocolate chips

Rinse the beans and drain well before adding to a blender along with the cocoa, oats, salt and cinnamon. Add the honey and coconut oil along with the vanilla and baking powder. Blend together to form a thick batter.
Stir in the chocolate chips and add to a greased baking tray pressing into place gently.
Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180C to bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
