Regina Pizza Puffs

¾ cup cake flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp oregano
2 cloves garlic
¾ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup cheddar and mozzarella cheese , grated
80ml ham, chopped
80ml mushrooms, chopped
½ cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
½ cup tomato and basil pasta sauce

Preheat the oven to 180◦C and grease a muffin tray.
In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder, spice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the milk and egg and stir until well combined, stir in the grated cheese, ham and mushrooms and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Divide evenly among the muffins wells and gently press 2 cubes of mozzarella into the centre of each muffin.
Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned and puffed. Heat the pizza sauce and serve with the puffs as a dipping sauce
