
Raw Vegan Salted Caramel Slice

Base:
½ cup cashews
¾ cup almonds
4 medjool dates
1 tsp coconut milk
2 tbsp vanilla powder
Caramel:
½ cup almond butter
½ cup honey
¼ tsp Himalayan rock salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
Choc:
½ coconut oil
1 cup raw cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Layer a large baking tray with1 layer of baking paper. Cover evenly with the bass and place in the freezer.
Make the caramel sauce by blending ingredients and placing over bass and putting back in the freezer.
Make the chocolate topping by blending ingredients, placing over caramel layer and placing in the freezer for 10-20 mins
