Raw Energy Bars

Recipe by Abigail Donnelly

400g dates
2 T cocoa powder
75g chia seeds
50g desiccated coconut
100g pecans, chopped
100g dark chocolate, chopped
50g oats
1 t vanilla extract

Blend the dates until a thick paste.
Add remaining ingredients.
Line a square baking pan with cling wrap.
Press the mixture into the pan.
Chill overnight.
Lift out of the pan and cut into bars or cubes.
