Raw Chocolate Truffels

60g raw cashew butter/macadamia butter
3tbsp organic maple syrup / agave nectar
40g raw cacao powder
15g maca root powder
20g coconut cream
1tsp vanilla paste
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
15g white mulberries/ Goji berries

To garnish:
¼ cup crushed pistachios
¼ cup desiccated coconut
¼ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup matcha powder, optional

To make:

Place all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Allow to rest in the frsige for 20 minutes.
Weigh out 15g of the mixture , place in your hand and press 2 berries into the middle then roll into balls.
Place in the freezer to set.
Roll alternative balls in the pistachio and coconut flakes, matcha and some cacao nibs.
