Rava Ladoo with Clover condensed milk

2Tsbp ghee(clarified butter), melted
3Tbsp woolies fruit flavoured wines gums, chopped / tutti frutti if available/ chopped pecan nuts
1 cup wheat semolina
½ cup+ 2 Tbsp condesned milk
2-3 Tbsp Clover full cream milk
Pinch of ground cardamom
In a pan combine the ghee and chopped wine gums and heat up for 1 minute do not let the wine gums melt. Set aside.
In the same pan add the semolina and toast until aromatic and nutty be careful not to allow the colour to change.
Add the condensed milk and mix well intil it comes together. Add the wine gums and give it a quick mix before adding the cardamom. Add the milk and cook for 2 more minutes. It will be slightly gooey at this stage.
Allow to cool before greasing your hands with some ghee and shape into equally sized balls allow to set and serve.
