Ingredients  
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 cup roasted chickpeas
⅓ cup black beans
Red onion, tomato and coriander salsa
1 large sweet potato, roasted and cut into cubes
¼ cup sweet corn
½ avocado
Dressing
¼ cup sriracha mayo dressing
Paprika to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Some sesame and chia seeds
 
Method
Add ingredients into a bowl and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chia seeds as garnish.
