Ingredients
1 cup oats, toasted
1 cup dates, chopped
¼ cup desiccated coconut
⅓ cup nuts of your choice, we use peanuts
1 cup peanut butter, or more
¼ cup cacao powder
Method
Mix all ingredients together to form a thick mixture then form into balls. Coat all the balls with remaining coconut.
