3/4 cup steel cut oats, or rolled oats
1t ground cinnamon
2T rasins
1 Grannysmith, or golden delicious apple, grated
1T sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or any seed you prefer
1 cup Clover fresh milk
1 x 100g Clover Authentikos honey
Combine the oats with the cinnamon, raisins, grated apple and sunflower seeds. Add it to a jar with a lid or a bowl. Pour the milk ingredients and cover before placing int he fridge overnight.
Grab and go for an easy breakfast but before serving stir through of the Clover Authentikos.
