NutriDay Kiddie Fruit & Yoghurt Skewers

Ingredients

A selection of seasonal fruits perfect for placing on a skewer
Skewers
½ melon
For the mint and honey 
yoghurt-dipping sauce
2 cups Nutriday yoghurt
6 mint leaves
1T honey

Skewer the fruit onto the sticks before studding into the melon which had been placed cut side down on a serving platter. This will create a porcupine-like fruit platter.

For the dipping sauce:
Add the yoghurt to a mixing bowl along with the mint that has been finely chopped. Drizzle in the honey before mixing and serving as a dipping sauce to go along with the skewers.
