350g exotic mushrooms, roughly torn and chopped (some left uncut)
100g walnuts, roughly chopped
4 garlic cloves
2T butter
2T rosemary, finely chopped
Salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper
2 cups of cream
100g blue cheese
500g Italian potato gnocchi
