Red velvet toasted marshmallow mug cake

1 Moir’s Mug Cake Red Velvet Flavoured cake mix
50 ml of milk
20g mini marshmallows
2 standard marshmallows
20 g dark chocolate, melted
Method: Add the milk into the cup. Empty the contents of the sachet into the cup. Add the mini marshmallows. Stir until the mixture is well combined (approximately 30-40 seconds). Do not overmix. Microwave on high (100%) for 1 minute 30 seconds or 1 minute 40 seconds (800W).
Remove from the Microwave and allow to cool completely. Top with 2 standards marshmallows and use a blow torch to toast the marshmallows. Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy!

The ultimate white chocolate mocha mug cake

1 Moir’s Mug Cake Cappuccino flavoured cake mix
50 ml of milk
2 white chocolate balls
60 ml white chocolate spread
2.5 ml of coffee powder
1 white chocolate ball

Method: Add the milk into the cup. Empty the contents of the sachet into the cup. Stir until the mixture is well combined (approximately 30-40 seconds). Do not overmix. Place the chocolate ball in the centre. Microwave on high (100%) for 1 minute 30 seconds or 1 minute 40 seconds (800W). Remove from the Microwave and allow to cool completely. Cover the top of mug cake with white chocolate spread and dust with coffee powder. Decorate with the white chocolate ball.
