No Bake Chocolate Mousse

Moir's No Bake Chocolate Mousse

200 g chocolate biscuits, crushed
115 g butter, melted
Filling
2 X Moir’s Chocolate Mousses - prepared as per packet instruction
Topping
300 ml cream, whipped
70 g peppermint crisp, shavings
5 ml Moir’s vanilla essence
100 g dark chocolate, shavings
60 g honeycomb, crushed

Method
Lightly grease a deep baking dish. In a large mixing bowl combine the butter and biscuits until well incorporated. Scoop into the baking dish and press down firmly and evenly. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.

Follow the packet instructions to make the Moirs Chocolate Mousse and pour over the base. Put in fridge and let the mousse set completely.
While the mousse is setting make the topping by folding in the peppermint crisp shaving and Moir's vanilla essence into the whipped cream. Spread evenly over the set mousse and top with dark chocolate shavings and crushed honeycomb. Cut into squares and serve cold.
