Mini Coconut & Chocolate Loaves

250g butter, at room temperature
1 cup caster sugar
2t vanilla extract
3 free range eggs
2 1/2 cups self-raising flour
1 cup Clover chocolate Super M
1/2 cup desiccated coconut 

For the dusting
4T icing sugar
3T good quality cocoa 
1 cup cream

Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, add the vanilla and eggs, beating into the mixture before folding in the self-raising flour.
Pour in the Super M and coconut mixing through to form a batter.
Grease mini loaf tins or a regular loaf tin before pouring in the batter and baking at 180C for 25-30 minutes or until a cake tester comes clean after testing.
Once cooled slightly remove from the tin and cool further until completely cooled. 

Combine the icing sugar, cocoa and cream in a bowl before whipping to form thick peaks. 

Serve the mini loaves with a spoon full of the flavoured cream
