Serves: 20
Preparation time: 10minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes

3 x 375 g packs Woolworths’ gluten-free chocolate brownie mix
2 x 125 g packets Woolworths’ dark chocolate chips
200 g hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
1 x 360 g can Caramel Treat
Woolworths’ chocolate dessert sauce, for drizzling
Woolworths cashew nut brittle 100 g, roughly chopped
Woolworths caramel popcorn, for scattering

Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions in a large bowl. Stir in the dark chocolate chips and hazelnuts. Grease a 15 cm, 20 cm and 25 cm cake tin, then half fill each tin with the mixture. Swirl some Caramel Treat through each cake. Bake the 25 cm cake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out with large crumbs attached to it. Bake the 20 cm cake for 15 minutes, and the small cake for 10 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out with large crumbs attached to it.

Allow the cakes to cool slightly before removing them from the cake tins.
To assemble the cakes, layer the cakes from largest to smallest.
Drizzle over the chocolate sauce and scatter with the cashew nut brittle and caramel popcorn.
Cook’s note: Remember that the brownie mixture sets slightly as it cools so don’t overcook it in the oven.
