Meatball pizza puffs

Ingredients
500g Woolworths mince
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 T dried oregano
x1 tin Woolworths tomato and herbs
1 T tomato paste
1 tsp light brown sugar
salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Puff pastry, cut into long rectangles
Egg wash for pastry puffs

Prepare the meatballs by combining the mince with garlic, salt, pepper and dried oregano. Roll into balls and fry until browned. In a bowl, mix together the chopped tomato with herbs, tomato paste, sugar salt and pepper.
Spread the tomato sauce over the pastry rectangles. Cover with the mozzarella cheese and place the meatballs on top of the cheese, with some space in between each meatball. Glaze the meatballs with more tomato sauce and cheese and wrap them with another piece of pastry. Press the pastry down onto the meatballs and cut into squares. Brush them with egg wash and place the pizza puffs on a greased baking tray. Bake at 200°C until the pastry is puffed and golden brown. Serve with a sauce of your choice
