Manhattan razzle dazzle rooi mocktail

1 litre Clover mixed berry Manhattan iced tea

For the ice cubes
Mixed berries to fill ice cube trays
Clover mixed berry Manhattan iced tea, to fill ice cube trays

For the crystal rim
4T sugar
6 mint leaves
Fill your ice cube trays with the berries before topping with the Manhatten ice tea. Place in the freezer to freeze.

For the crystal rim.
Add the sugar and mint together in a pestle and mortar and pound to infuse the sugar with the flavour of the mint. Sift the sugar discarding the mint leaves. Add the sugar to a plate before dipping the rim of the glass in a bit of water, then the flavoured sugar to coat the rim of the glass.
Allow the sugar to set before adding the ice cubes then topping with your fizzy clover Manhattan iced tea.
