Manhattan Mai Thai mocktail

2x 500ml Manhattan rooibos lemon ice tea
600ml pomegranate juice, frozen into ice cubes
500ml Pineapple, mango & apple squash with mint (woolworths)
1/2 cup lime & coconut syrup (woolworths)
Sparkling water and extra pomegranate juice to top up
Mint, lemon slices and cherries to garnish

Combine the Manhattan ice tea, pineapple squash and syrup together. You can keep this in the fridge until you ready to serve.
To serve add the pomegranate ice cubes to a glass. Fill the glass ½ way with the punch, add a splash of pomegranate juice and top up with the sparkling water. Garnish with the mint, lemon slices and berries.
