Manhattan Lemonade jam jar

Clover frozen Manhattan jam jar lemonade

2 X lemon Clover Manhattan
4 lemons, halved

Add the Clover Manhattan to a large freezer bag with a ziplock seal. Lay the bag flat in the freezer to begin freezing.

Add the lemons to a roasting dish, cut side up. Place in an oven preheated to 180C to roast for 20-25 minute or until the lemons are roasted and charred. Squeeze the lemons reserving all the juice.
Add the juice to the bag of chilled Manhattan, mixing through. Return the bag to the freezer, swirling the filling every 30 minutes until the mixture forms a slushy like texture. Pour the slushy solution into the jam jars and garnish with an extra slice of lemon.
