Luxury Hot Smoked Trout Tacos

2 x 120g Woolworths Sliced Trout Hot Smoked
4 Woolworths CarbClever Cauliflower wraps, cut through the middle to create 2 half moons
1 cup cream cheese
Woolworths rainbow carrots cut into thin ribbons
30g Basil
½ purple cabbage, thinly shredded
Dill to garnish
Woolworths Luxury Salmon Roe
Spread some cream cheese into each wrap then fold the wraps into each other to form a cone. Place the cone shaped wrap into serving glasses to hold the shape. Add the carrot ribbons and basil before adding the trout.
Dot with another teaspoon of cream cheese before adding some dill to garnish and finally the Luxury Salmon Roe. Serve to your guests in the glasses or on a serving platter.
