Lamb Neck and Creamy Garlic Rigatoni

1 Woolworths Easy to Cook Slow Cooked Lamb Neck
1 Fresh Roast Garlic cream sauce
2 Small chopped onions
500g Rigatoni Pasta
50g Grana Padano, grated
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Place the lamb in the oven for 20-25min or in microwave for 10min (as per instructions)
Let the lamb cool and shred using 2 forks.

1 Bring 2 Litres of water to the boil and add salt to taste.
2 Add pasta and stir occasionally.
3 Cook briskly for approximately 11 - 13 minutes or until 'al dente'.  
4 In a pan heat up the olive oil and lightly brown the onions.
5 Stir in the gravy from the lamb, the roast garlic cream sauce, shredded lamb and heat through.
6 Toss through the cooked pasta, season to taste and serve with grated Grana Padano.
