
KOO Classic Peach and Apricot Trifle

Ingredients
1 swill roll
1 tin KOO Sliced Peaches
1 tin KOO Apricot Halves
1 box instant custard ( premade )
2 boxes red jelly, prepared and already set
1 cup cream, whipped
Whipped cream and chocolate shavings to garnish
Method
To begin, layer the bottom of your dish with a layer of swiss roll. Don’t worry if it looks messy to start, it will eventually become covered by other ingredients.
Carefully place the KOO Apricots evenly on top of the sponge. Drizzle some of the syrup over the Apricots to soften the sponge.
Add a generous layer of custard evenly to cover the Apricots. Break up the premade jelly into large chunks and arrange over the custard.
Add the layer of whipped cream, then artfully arrange the peach slices on top of the cream.
Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate, and enjoy!
