Juicy Lucy burger

To make 4 burgers
8 Woolies thin patties
50g finely grated mozzarella
50g red Leicester cheese, finely chopped
Woolies Smoky BBQ sauce to glaze
4 ultimate burger buns, toasted in butter
4T burger mayo
lettuce, to garnish
ripe tomatoes, sliced to garnish
Woolies sliced pickles
Place a piece of plastic wrap over the patties and gently press with the palm of your hand spreading the patty out. Combine the cheeses before adding a small amount of it to the patty before covering with the second patty, pressing the ends to seal the cheese in.
Over a griddle pan: add the patties and cook for about 3 minutes a side, until the patties are well caramelized with char lines. Glaze with the BBQ sauce
Add some mayo to the bottom of the bun followed by the lettuce and tomato then the patty and some onion marmalade before finally topping with the pickles and top bun and serving.
