Ingredients:
1/2 cup Plain Coconut Water
2 Frozen, Ripe Bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh), chopped
1 cup Mango (frozen or fresh), chopped
2 cups Spinach or Kale
1/2 Avocado, sliced

Optional:
1 tablespoon Flaxseed

Steps: 
Already cut up ingredients. 
Add all to a blender. 
Serve and drink.
