Sea Harvest haddock
Salt and pepper
Grated cheddar cheese
Steam haddock and flake it
Chop onion and green pepper and saute in oil until tender. Add garlic and chilli and seasoning.
Add flaked haddock to the onion mixture. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
Make a cheese sauce.
Heat the milk add corn flour, mustard and butter and stir until thickens slightly. Add grated cheese and continue stirring.
Dish fish mixture onto the wrap. Pour over some of the cheese sauce. Roll up the wrap. Put it on an oven proof dish. Do the same with the rest of the wraps and fish mixture. Put them directly next to each other on the oven proof dish. Sprinkle grated cheese generously over the rolled wraps and bake in the oven.
To serve . dish each portion and serve with guacamole
