Grilled cheese & sun-dried tomato roll ups

Grilled cheese & sun-dried tomato roll ups

6 slices thick cut white/ brown bread

jalapeno chutney
12 slices Clover gouda/ cheddar processed cheese
12 sliced pieced Clover Tussers
6 slices deli sliced roast beef
6 sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
basil

Lay the 6 slices of bread on a work surface. Spread a even layer of chutney followed by the cheese, roast beef and about 1 tablespoon of the sundried tomatoes. Garnish with a few leaves of basil, season to taste. Repeat this on each slice

Tightly roll up each slice of bread, giving it a slight press to seal the seams.
Toast the roll ups on a hot and greased griddle pan. Each roll up should have beautiful griddle lines.
Slice into bite size rounds and serve immediately.
