Garlic & herb cheese bombs

1kg prepared bread dough
200g Clover mature cheddar, cubed
200g Clover tussers, cubed
100g Clover salted butter, softened
2Tbsp garlic, minced /roasted
2Tbsp Basil, finely chopped
2Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
1Tbsp dried thyme
Divide the dough into 20-30g balls.

In a mixing bowl or stand mixer combine the butter, garlic and herbs and set aside.

Gently roll out the dough balls, add a block of each cheese. Close up and shape again.
Place on a prepared tray seam side down. Egg wash, sprinkle with salt /Sesame seeds and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
While the the bread is in the even heat up the herbed butter. As soon as the bread emerges from the oven, brush generously with the butter.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.
