Base: Zoodles
Colour: radish
Crunch: sunflower seeds
Drizzle: Honey mustard dressing
Woolworths corn fritters
Woolworths baby marrow spaghetti
Radishes, thinly sliced
Woolworths red salad onions
Celery leaves, roughly chopped
Woolworths honey mustard dressing
Sunflower seeds, toasted 2

1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place Corn fritter on a baking tray, then place in the oven for 5-10 minutes until heated through. 2 place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss making sure that the vegetables and well coated in the dressing. 3 Arrange salad on a platter then top with heated fritters then garnish with sunflower seeds and serve.
