Frikkadels with pap chips

900g Easy to cook free-range beef frikkadels

For the pap chips:
2 cups water
2T butter
salt to taste
1 cup pap
3T extra virgin olive oil

For the lemony spinach:
2T extra virgin olive oil
1 bunch swiss chard, washed and roughly chopped, stalks included
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
