For the spicy mango sauce
3T canola oil
1 red onion roughly chopped
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
6cm ginger finely grated
2t smoked chilli flakes
2t ground cumin
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 green chilli finely chopped
½ cup white vinegar
200g dried mango, soaked overnight
2T brown sugar
360g Woolworths Asian slaw
6 Woolies knotted rolls, toasted in butter
