Freshpak Mango and Peach bubble iced tea

Freshpak Mango and Peach bubble iced tea

6 Freshpak Mango and Peach teabags
6 cups water
¾ cup large sago/tapioca pearls, soaked overnight
2T honey
1 cup rice, almond or coconut milk

Bring half the water to the boil along with 3 of the Freshpak Mango and Peach teabags and the soaked pearls. Simmer gently for about 20 minutes or until the pearls are cooked through and are no longer opaque. Rinse the pearls removing any excess starch.

Add the remaining water to a pot with the last 3 Freshpak Mango and Peach teabags and bring to a simmer with the honey. After 3 minutes of simmering remove the teabags and chill the tea in the fridge or freezer, until well chilled.
Add the pearls to a serving glass followed by the tea and finally the milk, serve extra chilled.
