
Freshpak Ginger and lime, tea slushy

4 Freshpak Ginger teabags
5 cups water
2 limes, zested and juiced
6cm piece of ginger, thinly sliced
2T honey
Heat the Freshpak Rooibos Ginger teabags and water together along with the lime zest, juice, ginger and honey. Simmer for 3 minutes, remove teabags and then divide the drink into 2, freezing the one half in ice cube trays and chilling the other half in the fridge.
Once frozen add the ice cubes to a blender and pour in the chilled tea
Blend to form a slushy.
Add to serving glasses drizzling over the cordial before serving.
