Five Roses Ruby Orange and Thyme ice cream

2x Five Roses Ruby Orange teabags
1 cup full cream milk
1 cup fresh cream
½ cup castor sugar
Grated zest 1 grapefruit
1 tsp Fresh thyme leaves, picked
Thyme and Grapefruit pieces for Garnish
 
Heat the milk in a saucepan, do not boil. Add the Five Roses Ruby Orange teabags and remove from heat. Allow to steep for 10 minutes and cooled. 
Whip the cream with the sugar and fold in the zest of the grapfruit as well as the thyme leaves. Fold the cream mitxture into the tea mixture and allow to set in a freezable container. 
To serve, scoop portions into a cup of choice and top wth fresh thyme leaves and grapefruit wedge chunks.
