Five Roses Peach and Apricot Spiced Iced Tea

Five Roses Peach and Apricot Spiced Iced Tea

4 Five Roses Peach and Apricot teabags
4 cups water
Ice for serving
For the spiced Peach and Apricot puree:
2 peaches, roughly chopped
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
4 black pepper corns
5cm piece of ginger, sliced
3T honey or agave nectar
2 cups water
Add the peaches to a pot along with a cinnamon stick, start anise, peppercorns, ginger and honey. Add the water and place over a medium heat to gently simmer until half the water has reduced. Remove the spices and blend to form a spiced pure
Prepare the tea by combining the Five Roses Peach and Apricot teabags and water, simmering for 4-5 minutes before removing the teabags and chilling the tea.
Fill a glass with ice and pour over 3T of the puree and top with the chilled Five Roses Peach and Apricot tea.
