Five Roses Peach and Apricot Iced Tea Punch

4 Five Roses Peach and Apricot teabags
4 cups water
1 x 410g can tinned peaches, in fruit juice
¾ cup maraschino cherries, with 2T of the syrup reserved.
Sparkling water about 2 cups, chilled

Bring the Five Roses Peach and Apricot tea and water to a simmer and cook together for 4 minutes before removing from the heat and adding the fruit and cherry syrup. Chill in the fridge or freezer until well chilled.
Add the drink to a punch bowl before topping with the sparkling water and serving.
