
Five Roses Mixed Berry Merry Fizz

3 Five Roses Mixed Berry teabags
2 cups mixed berries
½ cup water
1 T granulated brown sugar
Lemon peel
500ml Lemonade
Fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
Mixed berries for ganirshing
Fresh cherries (optional)
Add the Five Roses Mixed Berry teabags to 500ml boiled water. Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then remove the teabags and allow to cool.
To make the berry coulis, add the mixed berries to a saucepan, along with a dash of water and, sugar and lemon peel. Allow the sugar to dissovle whilst stirring, so that the mixture thickens into a sauce like consistency.
Add the mixed berry mixture to the cooled tea and give it a good mix. To a serving jug, add lots of ice then the cooled tea and berry mixture. Add some berries and mint for garnishing then top up with lemonade. When pouring into serving glasses, add more ice to the glass, pour some Berry Fizz and top with a fresh cherry (optional).
