Five Roses Coconut and pineapple iced tea smoothie

3 Five Roses Ceylon teabags
3 cups water
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk, frozen in ice cubes
1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks before being frozen
Bring the Five Roses Ceylon teabags and water to a simmer and cook together for 4 minutes and then remove teabags.
Add the pineapple juice and chill the drink in the fridge or in the freezer to help it chill faster.
Combine the chilled tea with the frozen pineapple and coconut milk before blending to form a frozen smoothie. Serve in chilled glassed with a garnish of pineapple.
