Extra cheesy pasta with chorizo

Extra cheesy pasta with chorizo (Daily Difference Special)
6T extra virgin olive oil (daily difference)
2 onions, finely chopped (daily difference)
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
150g Chorizo Sarta Pork, finely diced (daily difference),
extra cooked until crisp and get aside
2T cake flour
2 1/2 cups full cream Ayrshire milk (daily difference)
200g cheddar cheese, grated (From bulk white cheddar cheese - daily difference)
500g spaghetti (daily difference) prepared as instructed
Heat some of the oil over a medium heat before adding the onions and cooking until golden and soft.
Add the garlic and chorizo then cook until fragrant.
Add the remaining oil and flour, mixing through to coat well.
Add the milk and gently stir to thicken before gradually adding the cheese to blend through the mixture forming a smooth cheese sauce.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix through before serving with extra chorizo over.
