Deep fried chocolate bombs

For the batter: combine or blend together

2 cups self raising flour
4T icing sugar
3T melted butter
1 free range egg
2 cups milk
Woolies box chocolates
Oil for deep frying
Icing sugar for dusting

Using a kebab stick: skewer 1 chocolate on the end of the skewer before coating in the batter. Heat the oil for deep frying,
Carefully place the battered chocolate in the oil to fry for about 1 minute or until the batter is golden brown. You can fry a few of these at a time while holding a few sticks.
Place the bombs on absorbent kitchen paper to drain off any excess oil. Place on a serving platter before dusting with icing sugar before serving
