1 ½ punnet white mushrooms, sliced
1 red onion, chopped
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 springs fresh rosemary
250 ml non-dairy milk
1 cup raw cashew nuts (soaked for 4 hours in hot water)
1 ½ teaspoons (vegan) beef stock powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
