Clover wild mushroom risotto

Clover Cream
Clover Butter
Clover Fresh Milk
grated Parmesan Cheese
2 x large chopped onions
1 kg Risotto Rice Arborio
125ml White wine
Vegetable Stock
Chopped Mushrooms
Chopped Parsley

Brown onion in a saucepan before adding Risotto to it, stir together for 2 minutes.
Add white wine to Risotto and onion, keep stirring until the onion is cooked and then add your vegetable stock.
Cook the rice for 5 minutes and set to one side
Cook some mushrooms in a saucepan. Add two spoons of Risotto mix already prepped (above), add Vegetable stock, keep stirring.
Check if the Risotto rice is cooked well then add parmesan cheese and Clover butter to finish it with some chopped parsley. Add in Clover fresh milk and Clover cream once cooked.
Plate it and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
