Toffee choc and nut cigars with Classic Custard

Toffee choc and nut cigars with Classic Custard

X3 chocolate bars (like bar one), chopped
200g mixed nuts, chopped
½ c butter, melted
Phyllo pastry sheets, cut into rectangles
Clover Classic custard for serving
 
Preheat the oven to 180°c. 
Layer 2 sheets of phyllo pastry onto a surface. 
Brush with the melted butter. Towards one end of the pastry, add the chopped chocolate and nuts, in a line from one end to the other, keeping at least a finger space from the end. Fold the left and right ends inwards, then roll the pastry from the bottom end up, to form a ciggarello shape. 
Place onto a greased and lined baking tray and brush the top with more butter. 
 
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp and the chocolate melted. Serve with Clover Classic Custard.
