Toasted Marshmallow & Chocolate Fudge
½ cup Clover Fresh Milk
1 cup brown sugar
Pinch of salt
2 cups mini marshmallows, 1 cup toasted
200ml marshmallow fluff
¾ cup nutella
170g dark chocolate chips
Line a 15cm square cake tin with baking paper. In a saucepan over medium heat bring the milk, sugar and salt to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate chips, make sure it is all melted.
Add 1 cup of un-toasted marshmallows, marshmallow fluff and nutella and stir until well combined.
Pour into the lined baking tray and even out the fudge. Sprinkle over the marshmallow and press them down slightly so they can stick to the fudge.
Allow the fudge to cool completely, remove from tray and cut into squares.
