Steamed pot bread (Dhombolo)

Ingredients
500g flour
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp vegetable oil
300ml lukewarm water

Mix together the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, garlic and parsley. Mix the oil and water together and slowly add to the dry mixture. Keep adding the liquid and mix well to form a soft dough.
Once the dough is formed, knead the dough well and leave aside to rest. Once the dough has risen, form into balls and place them into recycled tins or a heatproof bowl. Place the tins or the bowl into boiling water and allow the dhombolo to steam.

Once steamed, serve with stew and Manhattan ice tea.
